Okay, so I have admitted to my lack of intense knowledge RPG terminology, and perhaps every other reader who has gotten so far as to find and register is fluent in the jargon that defines the genre, but I am wondering if anyone has ever produced a compendium of the terms and abbreviations that allow terse communications amongst the more RPG-literate?  Without taking up the time of the experts to bring the novices up to speed, could there be a self-help document or utility to expand a "term" into an explanation?  Perhaps community-contribution system (ala Twiki) could help grow the "RPG dictionary" and systematize a query mechanism.

BTW: What is "PMing"?  I was confused enough when I saw the abbreviation that I am not sure if it is a RPG term or something about internet functionality.
