Users and Search tabs disabled?

Users and Search tabs disabled?

The "Users" and "Search" tabs don't work for me. I'm using Mac OS, and have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Are they disabled? Or is the site just Mac-hostile? current/smile
